There is growing recognition that indigenous peoples are affected by the economic, social and environmental impact of climate change and that their traditional knowledge may be critical for effective adaptation and mitigation strategies. At the ShareFair Mosses Ndiyaine from Indigenous Heartland Organization in Tanzania talked to our social reporter Elena DiPaola about how this is carried out, and how to integrate scientific knowledge and indigenous knowledge.
