Sacha Baron Cohen's Father: B'nai B'rith UK President, Hillel Director

Sacha Baron Cohen's claim to fame is deceiving and mocking individuals and ethnicities for laughs; videotaping interviews where the subject is made to look foolish. He refuses to say how these oftentimes high-profile interviews are arranged.

In 2009, Sky News documented that Baron Cohen deceived a Palestinian Christian into an interview and deceived his viewers to believe that the subject was a hostile Muslim terrorist. The man filed a defamation lawsuit. The 'Anti-Defamation' League of B'nai B'rith was nowhere to be found, however. There's a reason for that.*

Sacha Baron Cohen's father, Gerald Baron Cohen was President of the B'nai B'rith first lodge of England. He also served as a director of the university subversion branch of B'nai B'rith, Hillel (note that one of his companies is listed as "Ali G Limited." "Ali G" is one of Sacha Baron Cohen's characters). This rather important piece of information is left out of Sacha Baron Cohen's biographies. Knowing it helps us to better understand his 'humor.'

In light of this information I think it's safe to say that the public 'dialogue' that B'nai B'rith's Abe Foxman recently had with Sacha Baron Cohen regarding his "Borat" character was a contrived 'teachable moment.' Others have sensed the protection racket angle to his shtick.




Sacha Baron Cohen has a new movie, "The Dictator" in which he has a few laughs at the expense of the victims of the Zionist 'Arab Spring' hostilities.  

B'nai B'rith is a 'Jews'-only masonic organization which, among other things, was founded to impede assimilation of Judaic individuals by disrupting the culture and religion of their host nations while simultaneously building up Judaic culture and religion.

Neocatechumenal Way Presents Holocaustian Symphony of Homage to Talmudic "Fathers in the Faith"

Literally every religious claim below is rubbish intended to create false commonality between Jesus, the Bible, the Israelites and today's talmudic 'Jews' where there is in fact complete opposition. Jesus never prayed to "Hashem," a ridiculous, tribal, exclusivist contrivance which translates as "The Name."  But this is the kind of madness that one would expect from 'Catholics' who call the rabbis of Talmud and Kabbalah "fathers in the faith."

'Traditional Catholics' are wont to criticize the Neocatechumenal Way for its liturgical absurdities. Let us see what they have to say (nothing?) about this theologically and symbolically loaded symphony of race exultation in which Jesus' mother is made to cry with 'Jews' of the Talmud (which teaches that her Son deserved to be executed) and "affirm" the "Shema Yisrael" which for centuries has connotated rejection of Christianity in general and specifically the Christian doctrines of the Trinity and Divinity of Christ.

Dear traditionalist reader, what we have here, consistent with the modern Catholic mockery of Auschwitz replacing Calvary, is Mary crying with 'The Jews' at the foot of the 'gas chambers' instead of crying for Jesus at the foot of the cross. ... The Neocatechumenal Way was founded in Spain, in large part, to further Catholic spiritual renewal and solidify the relationship with Jews. The group, now with more than 80 seminaries around the world and a major center in Israel’s Galilee, is presenting a free symphonic concert in Lincoln Center’s Avery Fisher Hall (May 8 at 8 p.m.), billed as a “musical gift to the Jewish people.” (Advance registration required, by calling [201] 998-9469).

The symphony, entitled “The Suffering of the Innocents,” is being presented as an homage and prayer to Holocaust victims in particular, viewed through a Catholic prism of Mary crying and united with Jewish mothers in the concentration camps, affirming “Shema Yisrael.” The elaborate piece — for 100 musicians and 80 choral singers — was composed by the movement’s founder, Kiko Arguello, a painter and theologian, who has stated that his symphony is being offered “as a bridge of love and reconciliation.

“We act according to the last wishes for Pope John Paul II. We remember that the roots of Christianity are in Judaism and that since the beginning, God made Israel the chosen people.”

The concert has been endorsed by representatives of numerous Jewish organizations, including the American Jewish Committee, the Anti-Defamation League [of B'nai B'rith], the New York Board of Rabbis and the Jewish Community Relations Council, as well as Ronald Lauder, president of the World Jewish Congress, and Haim Gutin of the Israeli Ministry of Tourism. After the performance of the symphony, [Papal Knight] Rabbi David Rosen, the AJC’s director of interreligious relations, is scheduled to lead a memorial prayer for the victims of the Shoah, prior to a collective recitation of “Shema.”

['Holocaust' Dispensationalist Theologian] Rabbi Irving “Yitz” Greenberg told The Jewish Week that The Neocatechumenal Way is “primarily a lay inspiration group that has done no missionary work and has no missionary interest. They speak about Israel like the Evangelicals do, that the Jews are ‘God’s people.’ And Israel is ‘God’s Promised Land.’ They specialize in a respectful attempt to help Catholics better appreciate the Jewish people and the Jewish religion, as well as raising an awareness of how much the Jews have suffered, including from Christians.

“In fact, one of the highlights of their programs, including the one they’re about to have in New York, is to get people to chant ‘Shema Yisroel, Hashem Elokeinu, Hashem Echad,’ in Hebrew. Partially it is, for them, the chanting of the prayer that Jesus said, and in part it is a powerful emotional statement about the Jews.”

Rabbi Greenberg added, “’The Suffering of the Innocents’ addresses the theological problem of suffering, often using Christian imagery, but also refers to the fact that the Jews are the classic example of innocent suffering. And just as God has a special love for the suffering innocent, so should Christians have a love for the Jewish people.

“It would be both impressive and a positive Jewish experience for Jews to be” at the Lincoln Center event, said Rabbi Greenberg. “And it is important for [the Neocatechumanals] to see that at least the Jewish establishment respects their work.”

Giuseppe Gennarini, of the Neocatechumenal leaders in the United States, told The Jewish Week that his movement aims at “rediscovery, and the first thing we discover in the faith is the Jewish roots, we discover the word of God, we discover Abraham, we discover the Exodus and the Passover. With rediscovery comes love. We are grateful to the Jews for what they have given to us, to help us know God.”

He prefers to think of Jews, not as an “elder brother,” as some Christians say, but as a “parent,” because in the Bible “there were so often difficulties between brothers, such as with Esau and Jacob, and Joseph and his brothers. So we say, not brothers, but you are our parent, our father in the faith.”

Pope Foxman is Deeply Disturbed

The Kvetching Pope, Abe Foxman has issued another of his kvetching edicts, this one titled, "ADL Deeply Disturbed by Archbishop's Remarks Likening Politicians in Trinidad and Tobago to Jews":

... Port of Spain Archbishop Edward Gilbert was reported to have [likened Trinidad and Tobago politicians to Jews] during a Jubilee Mass held October 24 at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Roman Catholic Church in San Fernando to celebrate the 225th anniversary of the Roman Catholic mission there.

"The Jews were compassionate and caring for their own, they were compassionate and caring to the people of their nation, to the people of their race, to the people of their ethnic communities. However, that wasn't enough for Jesus. Jesus took that teaching and universalized it," Archbishop Gilbert told his congregation, according to a news report. "In many cases in this country, there are people who love one another, who are compassionate, but they have the mindset of the original Jewish people. They are good to their own ... but they have not universalized the concept of love."

Abraham H. Foxman, ADL National Director, said the archbishop's statements as reported were "a disturbing repackaging of ancient anti-Jewish canards and supersessionist beliefs."

"Archbishop Gilbert devalues Judaism over and against Christianity," said Mr. Foxman. "The false notion that Jews only care about themselves and don't care enough about others is one of the major pillars of classical anti-Semitism."

"While the Catholic Church has made tremendous strides in countering anti-Jewish notions such as the belief that the advent of Christianity superseded Judaism, Archbishop Gilbert's statements show that he has not internalized the important reforms of Vatican II."

I agree that Pope Foxman is deeply disturbed and I would be happy to illustrate one of the many reasons why.

Above we see Pope Foxman in his edict to the Goyim proclaim that it's a damnable "major pillar of classical anti-Semitism" to recognize the fact that Judaism is not a universal religion but a tribal religion which teaches its adherents to favor the tribe over outsiders.

But over here, in Foxman's inter-office memo to the tribe not meant for Goy eyes to see, Foxman admonishes the tribe to not love universally because to do so is "Judaism lite" which "brushes past the theological significance of acting on behalf of Jews."

“What I’ve been critical of is those who have sold Judaism as, ‘All you have to do is love universally and that’s Judaism,’ ” Foxman said. “It’s not—it’s ersatz Judaism. It’s Judaism lite.” It also, Foxman added pointedly, has the potential to elevate political action on behalf of others while brushing past the theological significance of acting on behalf of Jews.

Tikkun Olam is a Tribal, not Universal, Concept

Evidently, Pope Foxman is deeply disturbed because he wants to enforce his tribal racket while defining it a damnable heresy for any outsider to recognize that fact. To paraphrase St. Augustine, by doing so, his madness, not innocence, is manifest.

I have often marveled at the word-magic I've read in pseudo-scholarly post-graduate volumes as they circle around the white elephant of Judaic tribalism (euphemized as "particularism") for hundreds of pages dedicated to mesmerizing the reader into the false belief that Judaism is a universal, progressive, enlightened religion.

The deeply disturbing part of it is the deception and browbeating of observers into not acknowledging what is plain before their eyes--that Judaism is the most un-universal religion in existence, if not in history. Every sane person knows it. Everyone who has lived among followers of the rabbis has experienced it. There are individual exceptions among "Jews," but as Foxman says in his inter-office memo, they are not really living according to true Judaism.

That this even has to be decoded is a testament to the state of degradation we've descended to. Of course Judaism is tribal; the word plainly means tribe-of-Judah-ism. It's about sustaining the tribe of counterfeit Judah at all costs. It's not about loving and serving God; loving ones non-Judaic neighbor as oneself or any such universal value.

Pray for Pope Foxman that God will relieve him of his deeply disturbed state and that he will cease his attempts to inculcate the same in us. Until he is miraculously healed, tell your friends, family and clergy to ignore the disturbed ravings of the self-chosen Pope Foxman.

Cardinal Donald Wuerl of Washington, D.C., has been named a voting member of two Vatican offices that oversee efforts to teach the Catholic faith and that promote relationships with other Christians and with Jews.

On Wednesday Pope Benedict XVI named Pittsburgh's former bishop to the Congregation for Clergy and the Pontifical Council for Promoting Christian Unity. The latter includes the Vatican's commission for relations with Jews. He will travel to Rome for meetings.

His appointment to the Congregation for Clergy surprised no one ... It oversees instruction, ranging from catechisms for children to seminary training. Cardinal Wuerl is the author of several popular catechisms.

"I would hope they would ask me to concentrate in the area of catechetics, of teaching the faith. When I was a consultant, it was always the area they asked me to work on," he said.

He was a bit surprised at his appointment to the Council for Promoting Christian Unity. But non-Catholic friends of his who often work with that office thought it was a brilliant choice ...

Rabbi Alvin Berkun of Pittsburgh, a longtime participant in Catholic-Jewish dialogue at the Vatican level, believes his old friend may help prevent future problems [in Catholic-Judaic 'relations'].

Catholic school educators participating in [the ADL program, Bearing Witness] to learn how to teach about the Holocaust and anti-Semitism are helping to build positive relations between Catholics and Jews and all people, Archbishop Donald Wuerl said July 22.

Addressing participants in the Bearing Witness program, Archbishop Wuerl told the educators they are helping to "raise the level of awareness (of their students) of our positive relations with our Jewish brothers and sisters."

More than two dozen Catholic school educators from the Archdiocese of Washington and five other states gathered in Washington last week to participate in the Bearing Witness program. During nearly a week of professional development, the educators not only learned how to teach about the Holocaust and anti-Semitism, but they also explored the history of anti-Semitism, Catholic teachings on Jews and Judaism, and contemporary issues of prejudice.

Archbishop Donald Wuerl said the importance of the program "is found in both its goal and its accomplishments." He said the program helps educators "build on growing mutual Jewish-Catholic understanding" ...

[The Bearing Witness program is] jointly sponsored by the [Washington D.C.] archdiocese, the ADL, the National Catholic Educational Association (NCEA), the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum and the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops.

Participation in the program has ... grown. Archdiocesan educators are now joined by their counterparts from throughout Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, Delaware, Minnesota and Missouri. For five days, the educators meet in Washington to receive training and resources so that they can share the lessons of anti-Semitism, the Holocaust, and modern-day prejudice with their students.

Similar programs have begun in other parts of the country, and two years ago, the Bearing Witness program was presented with the NCEA's President's Award. In the past the past 14 years, Bearing Witness has trained more than 1,300 Catholic school educators nationwide, impacting 195,000 students across the country. The program is open to Catholic high school and middle teachers of history, religion, social studies, and English, as well as administrators and librarians ...

During the [week-long program], Catholic educators ate a traditional sabbath dinner at a synagogue, learned about Jewish beliefs and practices from a rabbi, toured the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum, met with Archbishop Wuerl at the USCCB headquarters and met Holocaust survivor Halina Peabody ...

Archbishop Wuerl, reminding the participants that "we come out of the Jewish tradition," noted that he has long had an interest in "our religious commonality." While he was bishop of Pittsburgh, he started a program where priests and rabbis gathered for "wonderful and fruitful dialogue." CAIRO (AP) — A U.S.-born spokesman for al-Qaida on Saturday urged Muslims living in the United States and Europe to carry out attacks there, calling it a duty and an obligation. In a 48-minute video posted on militant websites, Adam Gadahn directed his appeal to Muslim immigrants in what he called the "miserable suburbs" of Paris, London and Detroit, as well as those traveling to the West to study or work.

"It is the duty of everyone who is sincere in his desire to defend Islam and Muslims today, to take the initiative to perform the individual obligation of jihad ... by striking the Zio-Crusader interests," he said, referring to Western and Jewish interests.

Gadahn, who has been hunted by the FBI since 2004, also sought to discredit attempts by moderate Muslim leaders to suppress the "jihadi awakening."

ADL revises annual Holocaust education programs

The Anti-Defamation League’s (ADL) annual Holocaust Education Workshop, which emphasizes Holocaust education in the classroom and will feature four sessions Nov. 3-10, will, for the first time, overlap with “Bearing Witness,” the organization’s long-running, three-day workshop for Catholic-school teachers, seminarians and priests, which takes place Nov. 7-9.

Attendees from the two programs will come together for an eight-hour intensive learning session Nov. 7 at American Jewish University, where topics will include the “History of Anti-Semitism,” “Guidelines and Methodologies for Teaching the Holocaust,” “History of the Holocaust” and “Israel and Modern Anti-Semitism.”

The last, a new addition to the workshop curriculum, examines the “linkage between what happened in the Holocaust and how Israel is perceived around the world now,” said ADL Pacific Southwest Regional Director Amanda Susskind.

Father Dennis McManus, a consultant on Catholic-Jewish affairs at the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops, will speak at the “Bearing Witness” program, which, Susskind said, is “a program tailored to the Catholic-school experience.”

Its purpose, Susskind added, “is not just to teach about the Holocaust, but to teach about the miraculous change in the Catholic-Jewish relationship in the last 40 years.”

Father Alexei Smith, ecumenical and interreligious officer for the Archdiocese of Los Angeles, said he hopes teachers don’t confuse the two ADL workshops as being in competition with each other.

“I’m a little afraid that one will outdo the other,” Smith said. “I know teachers, [and] they only have so much time to come to programs.”

Earlier this month, the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum, in partnership with Loyola Marymount University (LMU), similarly revised its 10th annual Southern California Teacher Forum on Holocaust Education. Organizers for the program, which is held at LMU, for the first time developed the agenda with Catholic educators in mind.

I'm not Esau. You're not Jacob. I'm not biologically programmed to hate Jews--real Jews or self-styled Jews. You're not biologically programmed to be hated by non-Judaic people. I don't oppose a people. I don't believe that the persons who today self-identify as "The Jews" even are a people in any substantial way other than tribal ideology. I oppose corrupt ideology and the corrupt behavior it engenders in individuals regardless of their biological background.

I urge all people to throw off the shackles of the rabbis and their protection racket in both its religious and secular guises.

The film titled Defamation by Israeli director Yoav Shamir is flawed in many ways but it's important for the glimpse into the paranoia of Judaism it gives to outsiders. Despite the angle of the filmmaker, persecution paranoia is not a problem only for "secular" "Jews." The rabbis and their followers have been teaching their children the "law of nature" that "Esau hates Jacob" for millennia. Abe Foxman only runs a larger, more high-tech ghetto than the rabbis of old.

While the filmmaker probes the "antisemitism" delusion, he cannot bring himself to contemplate the role which "antisemitism" paranoia has played in shaping the "Holocaust" "narrative" as it has come to be canonized, much less question any of the specific "Holocaust" claims to which the film makes reference--for instance, the Soviet wartime propaganda claim that, in the space of two days, 30,000 "Jews" dug their own grave and then waited to be shot to death at Babi Yar, an incredible tale unsupported by any material evidence. The claim that the evidence of such a massive crime could be entirely erased is even more incredible than the tale of the alleged crime itself.

And, the ADL is only one of a myriad of organizations which serve the same ends.

This film only scratches the surface of the delusion of Judaism's persecution complex, but it's a start.

Recent establishment news reports of Moldovan Christians "smashing" and "dumping" a menorah are lies in keeping with the 'Holocaust' legend which blackens all East European Christians as frothing-at-the-mouth 'Jew'-haters. Watch video of the event and decide for yourself if the menorah was "smashed with hammers and iron bars," as the Associated Press claimed HERE, or "dumped" as the European Jewish Press claims HERE and the ADL claims HERE, or whether it was gently moved to another location, disassembled and replaced by a cross stood in a pipe that was driven into the ground.



I think that the objective viewer will see that this was a symbolic event, not at all the violent mob scene that the establishment press and Judaic power organizations want us to believe it to be.

Meanwhile, during the same week in Jerusalem, the Cenacle at the site of the Last Supper was urinated on and sprayed with graffiti saying "death to Christians" and "we killed Jesus," HERE and HERE and an Orthodox cathedral was vandalized and sprayed with Hebrew graffiti HERE. None of these acts were reported in the American press or by the ADL.

Let this be yet another reference point for all claims of "anti-semitism" which come to us from the same establishment media and Judaic power organizations. Their word is no good.

Catholic School Teachers Programmed to "Bear Witness" to Holocaustolatry

In Israel, Catholic School Teachers Study Anti-Semitism & the Holocaust

New York, NY, July 30, 2009 … Catholic school teachers from around the country traveled to Israel to learn about anti-Semitism and the Holocaust as part of the Anti-Defamation League's (ADL) nationally acclaimed Bearing Witness Advanced program.

Bearing Witness Advanced provides educators with an opportunity to gain firsthand knowledge of Israel against the backdrop of Jewish history, the Holocaust and Catholic-Jewish relations.

"Combining experts' knowledge of the Holocaust with the words of those who experienced it can have a unique and powerful impact," said Dr. Ed S. Alster, ADL's Director of Education. "The teachers learned firsthand how anti-Semitism can lead to tragedy if left unchecked. The experience should enable them to convey these lessons to their students more effectively."

At Yad Vashem, the Holocaust Martyrs' and Heroes' Remembrance Authority, the teachers heard from Holocaust survivors, historians and pedagogical experts. They also visited Christian and Jewish holy sites, and met with interfaith experts. To lend a contemporary sense of Israel, the group traveled around the country, and met with authors, journalists and political analysts.

To prepare for the trip, the educators attended an introductory seminar at Seton Hall University with Holocaust and anti-Semitism experts.

The 19 participants in the 2009 Bearing Witness Advanced seminar hailed from Arizona, California, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Maryland, Montana, New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania. All are graduates of regional ADL Bearing Witness programs.

Since its inception, Bearing Witness has trained more than 1,000 Catholic school educators across the country. In 1998 it became an ADL nationally sponsored program and ADL regional offices began replicating the initiative in 2002. Bearing Witness is endorsed by the National Catholic Educational Association (NCEA) and the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops.

I have been reading a book titled, Auschwitz: Beginning of a New Era? This is a collection of papers given at an "International Symposium on the Holocaust" held at the Cathedral of St. John the Divine in New York City, June 3 to 6, 1974. The book is edited by Eva Fleischer and published by the Cathedral Church of St. John the Divine and the "Anti-Defamation League" of "B'nai B'rith."

The title of the book should be Theological Contrivances Rationalizing Displacement of Calvary by Auschwitz to be Taught in Christian Churches and Schools because that is precisely what Catholic priests, Protestant ministers, rabbis and others including Elie Wiesel came together to synthesize at this symposium.

Gregory Baum was a Judaic (alleged) convert to Catholicism and Catholic priest, assistant to Cardinal Bea and peritus (theological advisor) at the Second Vatican Council, particularly on the three most troubling Vatican II documents, Dignitatis Humanæ, Unitatis Redintegratio and Nostra Aetate. For the moment I will focus primarily on his words because he was a priest of great influence in Rome and at the Vatican II Council.

Getting straight to business, Fr. Gregory Baum opened his talk thus:

After Auschwitz the Christian churches no longer wish to convert the Jews. While they may not be sure of the theological grounds that dispense them from this mission, the churches have become aware that asking the Jews to become Christians is a spiritual way of blotting them out of existence and thus only reinforces the effects of the Holocaust. The churches, moreover, realize the deadly irony implicit in a Christian plea for the conversion of the Jews; for after Auschwitz and the participation of the nations, it is the Christian world that is in need of conversion. The major churches have come to repudiate mission to the Jews, even if they have not justified this by adequate doctrinal explanations. We have here a case, frequently found in church history, where a practical decision on the part of the churches, in response to a significant event, precedes dogmatic reflection and in fact becomes the guide to future doctrinal development. Moved by a sense of shame over the doctrinal formulations that negate Jewish existence, the churches have come to recognize Judaism as an authentic religion before God, with independent value and meaning, not as a stage on the way to Christianity ...

The new openness to Jewish faith and the emergence of a new understanding of mission reflect the response of the Christian conscience to the voice of the Holocaust ... The churches believe that they have been addressed by God's Word through these events: they have placed themselves under God's judgment.

Fr. Baum later returns to this idea that "God's Word" is spoken to the "Christian conscience" through "The Holocaust" and explains what is "demanded" in response to "God's call."

Even without elaborating an adequate dogmatic basis, they have made significant public declarations and changed the public policy in remarkable ways. Christian theologians have reflected on the new trends and tried to establish their doctrinal foundation. Christian educators have begun to rewrite catechisms and schoolbooks. Many missionary congregations and Christian-action groups have abandoned their former ideal of evangelization and adopted a new policy, according to which missionaries enter into solidarity with the people in whose midst they serve, bear the burdens of life with them, and promote the self-discovery and humanization taking place in their midst. In particular the churches have renounced the desire to convert the Jews; they have begun to call them brothers and sisters.

While these changes have taken place on the highest ecclesiastical level, in official circles and among Christians intensely involved in the problems of contemporary life, the effect of the new policy on the great majority of Christians is negligible. Most Christians have not even begun to reflect on these issues ... the reason why the new policies adopted by the churches have so little power and influence among Christians is that the negation of Judaism and other religions seems to be built into the central Christian symbols. The corrections made on the margins hardly affect the central teaching. Since Christian teaching confesses Jesus as the one mediator between God and man, and the church as the true Israel, the unique vehicle of salvation, in whom the peoples of the world will find forgiveness and new life, the dangerous social trends against which the new ecclesiastical policies have reacted continue to affect the Christian understanding of history. Unless people are well informed and belong to a religious elite, the traditional language continues to shape their outlook and attitude. What is demanded, therefore, is that the churches interpret the central Christian doctrine, in obedience to God's call, in a more socially responsible way and find a sound dogmatic basis for their new policies ... As we can see, Vatican II peritus Fr. Gregory Baum was not a convert to Catholicism, but rather, a subvert who sought to convert Catholics to a new religion as he stated explicitly himself: "... after Auschwitz ... it is the Christian world that is in need of conversion."

"After Auschwitz" is of course Baum's designator for the measurement of time in the new dispensation he is operating in. As Calvary is replaced by Auschwitz in this new religion, so, Anno Domini is replaced by Anno Auschwitz. If you believe that I'm reading into his words, then listen to co-speaker Johannes Hoekendijk in his response to Baum's paper:

"Are we anno Auschwitz 30 in a new era? That is what the theme of our colloquium suggests ... After Auschwitz: The State of Israel--A New era." (ibid p.129)

Note that Gregory Baum lamented in 1974 that while he and his comrades in Rome were inebriated on the new "Holocaust" religion that the laity in the pews hadn't yet received the message. I imagine that he must be quite pleased with the "Holocaust" religion teaching opportunity which materialized in January-February 2009 HERE, HERE, HERE, HERE, HERE, HERE.

Fr. Baum speaks at length on the topic of the revised Vatican II "mission" of the Church which negates Catholic traditional missionary theology and activity which he was involved in formulating. Just as the central dogmas of Catholicism are subordinate to "Holocaust" theology as quoted above, so is Christian missionary activity, in Gregory Baum's universe:

"The new openness to the Jewish faith and the emergence of a new understanding of mission reflect the response of the Christian conscience to the voice of the Holocaust ...

Fr. Baum repeats his delusional language suggesting that God, speaking in judgment through "The Holocaust," is commanding this change in mission:

"The churches believe that they have been addressed by God's Word through these events: they have placed themselves under God's judgment." (ibid p.116)

Gregory Baum proposed a replacement theology in which the "existence" of "The Jews" is the first principle to which even the most fundamental Catholic dogmas must yield. I reiterate that it is a Vatican II peritus who wrote these things 35 years ago. Clearly we can see in recent events that many prelates in and outside the Vatican have made these lunatic ideas their own.

The "traditional 'Jewish' Passover Haggadah" began to be formulated in the Talmudic Era, centuries after Christ. The Haggadah as it exists today dates only to the 13th century, but this is no impediment to the bishops and rabbis teaching Catholic children that Jesus and the Apostles celebrated this ritual. One wonders if Bishop Dolan and Abe Foxman were reciting the Shefokh Hamatkha ("Pour Out Thy Wrath," which Orthodox Judaism applies to Christendom) at the time this photo was taken.

NY Archbishop Joins Catholic And Jewish Students In Symbolic Passover Seder

New York, NY, April 22, 2009 … Extolling the virtues of unity, religious acceptance and interfaith cooperation, New York Archbishop Timothy Dolan shared a symbolic Passover Seder with a group of Catholic and Jewish students.

"Today, ADL joins our Catholic friends and neighbors in offering our hearty welcome to Archbishop Dolan as the 10th Archbishop of New York," said Abraham H. Foxman, ADL National Director. "We look forward to working with Archbishop Dolan to enhance the ongoing dialogue and programs between the Archdiocese and the Jewish community. The Catholic-Jewish relationship in New York is unique and has contributed to Catholic-Jewish understanding that has set an example that reaches beyond our city."

Mr. Foxman led the group in reciting two Jewish blessings made in the Archbishop's honor, and presented Archbishop Dolan with a mezuzah, a traditional encasing of parchment scroll, to affix to the doorpost of his new residence.

"This is awesome for me," Archbishop Dolan said. "I have long admired the work of the Anti-Defamation League from afar, and now to receive your welcome and your assurances of our hope for future cooperation, which I enthusiastically share, means very much to me."

During the Seder, which occurred one day after Holocaust Memorial Day, Archbishop Dolan discussed the importance of mutual respect and religious acceptance.

"Every person deserves dignity and respect. They [the Jewish people] learned the hard way, the tragic way what happens when that fundamental religious belief is not respected, and we now unite with them and hold hands in seeing that that never happens again.

"I look forward to our cooperation that's been part of the legacy and the heritage here in the greater New York community."

Seder participants asked the Four Questions of Passover, recounted the ten plagues inflicted on ancient Egypt and ate matzo – the traditional Passover unleavened bread. Each table contained the traditional Passover Seder plate, as well as multi-colored jellybeans to represent diversity, and twizzlers candy to represent the whips of slavery.

Students from each school made presentations about the history of slavery – from biblical to modern times. Students from the Immaculate Conception school also led a group performance of two choir pieces.

The Interfaith Seder program, now in its fourth year and hosted by the Intergroup Committee of ADL's New York Regional Board, recognizes the universal bonds of oppression and slavery that are shared by many races, religions and cultures. It is an outgrowth of the League's Bearing Witness™ Program, an annual Holocaust training for Catholic school teachers.

The Anti-Defamation League (ADL) and the Pope John Paul II Cultural Center in Washington, D.C. announced the launching of a major new national Catholic-Jewish permanent dialogue.

The announcement was made February 26 following a national tribute to the late Rabbi Leon Klenicki, ADL's longtime Director of Interfaith Affairs who passed away in January.

Prominent Catholic and Jewish leaders from around the country, including cardinals, bishops, and leading national Catholic officials joined with prominent rabbis to memorialize Rabbi Klenicki, a pioneer in interfaith relations. The group then met for two hours to discuss the future of Catholic-Jewish relations in America in light of several ongoing controversies facing the dialogue.

Following the session, sponsored by ADL and hosted by the John Paul II Center, the religious leaders announced their intention to launch a new permanent dialogue between the two religions, which would meet regularly to deal with controversies and help deepen the dialogue between Catholics and Jews. The new dialogue would be based at the Pope John Paul II Center, as requested by the Vatican.

The gathering in Washington has been called the most significant gathering of Catholic and Jewish leaders since Pope Benedict XVI's two events with Jewish audiences during his 2008 visit to the United States. Religious leaders called the formation of the new dialogue group a historic event.

Participants at the event included Cardinal Sean Patrick O'Malley of Boston, Cardinal William Keeler of Baltimore, Cardinal Theodore E. McCarrick of Washington, D.C., Bishop William Murphy of Rockville Center, Father James Massa, Executive Director of Ecumenical and Interreligious Affairs for the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops, Father Steven Boguslawski, Executive Director of the Pope John Paul II Cultural Center, Dr. Philip Cunningham, Director of the Institute for Jewish-Catholic Relations of Saint Joseph's University in Philadelphia, PA, Sister Celia Deutch, Associate Professor at Barnard College, Abraham H. Catholic-Jewish relations discussed in Boston

(NECN: Alison King) - Israel's ambassador to the United Nations, Gabriela Shalev was at Boston College Law School to speak to students about Israel and Middle East peace issues.

Shalev was a guest professor at the Catholic university, in the early eighties and her return, orchestrated by the anti-defamation league was a show of the strong Jewish-Catholic relationship that exists in Boston.

It’s a relationship that has been tested in recent months, following the decision in January by Pope Benedict to lift the excommunication of a holocaust-denying bishop: Richard Williamson.

Many Boston-area Jews have expressed outrage at the Catholic Church

But not ambassador Shalev.

Gabriela: We feel very strongly about denial of holocaust, but we have so many other conflicts that we are dealing with that I think this should be left behind.

The ambassador was joined by Boston Archbishop Cardinal Sean O’Malley, who was also invited to the event.

Cardinal Sean: I think everyone was shocked and disappointed that it took place, but no one who knows the holy father doubts his commitment to the good relations between Catholics and Jews.

Cardinal O’Malley says the commission that was advising the pope on this matter has been dissolved and turned over to a larger group of cardinals and bishops.

And he says, the pope's visit to Israel in May will go a long way to show the churches commitment to the Jewish people.

Cardinal Sean: I consider this a hiccup along the road. The relationships are there and they are important to us and I think that's why people reacted so strongly to this because the relationship is so strong.

Gabriela Shalev: We look very much forward to the visit of the Pope to Israel and you know there are many people who would like to welcome him. And we cherish and appreciate very much the good relations we have with our Catholic and Jewish friends?
