Pope: 'Still a great deal to be done to increase Judeo-Catholic relations'

The Pope and his fathers in the Talmudic faith (see: Light of the World, p.82) are just getting started. Apparently, it's not enough that a Catholic receives a media lynching and expulsion from 'Catholic' South America for the new cardinal sin of 'Holocaust' denial and that South American priests learn 'Noahide' theology from Rabbi Riskin of the Chabad Lubavitch sect of master-race Judaism.

JEWS AND CATHOLICS: DIALOGUE, RECONCILIATION AND COOPERATION

Vatican City, 10 May 2012 (VIS) - This morning in the Vatican Benedict XVI welcomed a delegation from the Latin American Jewish Congress, "the first group representing Jewish organisations and communities in Latin America which I have met here in the Vatican", the Pope said. He went on to recall that "dynamic Jewish communities exist throughout Latin America, especially in Argentina and Brazil, living alongside a large Catholic majority. Beginning with the years of Vatican Council II relations between Jews and Catholics have become stronger, also in your own region, and various initiatives are afoot to make our mutual friendship deeper".

The Holy Father reaffirmed that the Vatican Council II Declaration "Nostra aetate" continues "to be the basis and the guide for our efforts towards promoting greater understanding, respect and cooperation between our communities. The Declaration not only took up a clear position against all forms anti-Semitism, but also laid the foundations for a new theological evaluation of the Church’s relationship with Judaism, expressing the confidence that an appreciation of the spiritual heritage that Jews and Christians share will lead to increasing understanding and esteem".

"In considering the progress made in the last fifty years of Jewish-Catholic relations throughout the world, we cannot but give thanks to the Almighty for this evident sign of His goodness and providence. Thanks to the increase of trust, respect and goodwill, groups whose relations were originally characterised by a certain lack of trust, have little by little become faithful partners and friends, even good friends, capable of facing crises together and overcoming conflicts in a positive manner. Of course there is still a great deal to be done to shake off the burdens of the past, to foment better relations between our communities and to respond to the increasing challenges believers have to face in the modern world. Nonetheless, the fact that we are jointly committed to a path of dialogue, reconciliation and cooperation is a reason for thanksgiving".

"In a world increasingly threatened by the loss of spiritual and moral values - the values that can guarantee respect for human dignity and lasting peace - sincere and respectful dialogue among religions and cultures is crucial for the future of our human family. I hope that your visit today will be a source of encouragement and renewed trust when we come to face the challenge of forming stronger ties of friendship and collaboration, and of bearing prophetic witness to the power of God's truth, justice and love, for the good of all humanity", the Holy Father concluded.

Pope Benedict XVI sent out a High Holidays message auguring peace, justice and friendship in the Jewish New Year.

In a message addressed to Rome’s chief rabbi, [and liar] Riccardo Di Segni, the pope expressed his hope that “these important feasts may be an occasion for many blessings from on high, and a source of infinite grace.”

The pope added, “May the desire grow in all of us to promote justice and peace in the world, which has great need of authentic witnesses of truth. May God in his goodness protect the Jewish community and allow us to deepen our friendship, both here in Rome and all over the world.”

An except from Pope Benedict XVI's new book, Light of the World:

... naturally what happened in the Third Reich struck us as Germans, and drove us all the more to look at the people of Israel with humility, shame, and love.

In my theological formation, these things were interwoven, and marked the pathway of my theological thought...

A change also seemed necessary to me in the ancient liturgy. In fact, the formula was such as to truly wound the Jews, and it certainly did not express in a positive way the great, profound unity between Old and New Testament. For this reason, I thought that a modification was necessary in the ancient liturgy, in particular in reference to our relationship with our Jewish friends. I modified it in such a way that it contained our faith, that Christ is salvation for all. That there do not exist two ways of salvation, and that therefore Christ is also the savior of the Jews, and not only of the pagans. But also in such a way that one did not pray directly for the conversion of the Jews in a missionary sense, but that the Lord might hasten the historic hour in which we will all be united. For this reason, the arguments used polemically against me by a series of theologians are rash, and do not do justice to what was done.

Obviously, this prayer is not a papal masterstroke and I don't anticipate a retraction of The Remnant's sugar coating of this poisonous prayer even after the Pope himself has admitted its intention is entirely eschatological and does not desire conversion at the present time.

I stand by what I wrote of this prayer in February 2008:

... The problem with the new prayer, despite its hearkening to Romans 11;25-26, is that it takes the present-time intention of the original prayer and thrusts it into the realm of mystery and prophesy dealing with the future. The intention and meaning of the original prayer was perfectly clear: Christians pray for the conversion of the Jews here and now. Romans 11;25-26 deals with a mystery prophesied to take place in the future at the last days. The message seems to be that we should pray for the end-times to come quickly so the "Jews" will convert, and that they don't need Christ in the meantime. This is not, nor has it ever been the position of the Church. The Church always sought the conversion of Jews--real and fake "Jews" alike--not just at the second coming, but from the Pentecost until the time of the Second Vatican Council--at all times. St. Vincent Ferrer and all of the evangelists knew nothing of the new theology of the "elder brothers." Apparently, he was wrong?

Benedict wrote a new prayer as a means of remedying what he viewed in the traditional prayer's intention of present time conversion as "a wound to the Jews." What he has done is severely wound Jesus' mission and His Gospel and the spiritual welfare of these 'Jews' that he calls 'elder brothers.' If the Pope's role as shepherd and vicar of Christ has any meaning at all it is to seek the salvation of ALL souls. But he has contrived a dispensation from the Church's mission for a particular class of people just as Vatican II peritus Gregory Baum said should be done at a 1974 B'nai B'rith conference titled, "Auschwitz: A New Era?":

After Auschwitz the Christian churches no longer wish to convert the Jews. While they may not be sure of the theological grounds that dispense them from this mission, the churches have become aware that asking the Jews to become Christians is a spiritual way of blotting them out of existence and thus only reinforces the effects of the Holocaust. The churches, moreover, realize the deadly irony implicit in a Christian plea for the conversion of the Jews; for after Auschwitz and the participation of the nations, it is the Christian world that is in need of conversion.

Benedict says that his German 'Holocaust' "humility and shame," among other things, "marked the pathway of [his] theological thought" causing him to see traditional prayer for the conversion of "the people of Israel" as "a wound to the Jews" and so, "a modification was necessary." There's little difference between what Benedict XVI says and what Gregory Baum says other than the degree of subtlety. The message is clear: Because of 'The Holocaust' Christians, not "Jews," must be converted. The intention within Christian prayer must change.

It's not Christian to await the conversion of a remnant of Jews in the last days and to disregard the spiritual welfare of real or counterfeit Jews until then. Any Christian who buys this message will have been converted, and that would be a satanic masterstroke.

Susannah Heschel Wants to Attack Christian Souls too ...

I propose a moratorium on intellectually void attempts at pinning Nazi crimes (real and imagined) on Christendom until there has been 60 years of equally intense examination of the relationship between Susannah Heschel's religion, rabbinic Judaism, and Israeli crimes against humanity. What are the chances of such a line of study bringing such fellowships, grants and honors as THESE?

... Christian theologians, Catholic and Protestant, reassured Germans that Nazism was in full accord with Christian principles. This was not a marginal effort; at the 1934 Oberammergau passion play, watching Jesus being hoisted on the cross, the audience saw a parable of the Third Reich, calling out: “There he is. That is our Führer, our Hitler!”

Hitler became Christ, the redeemer of Germany, thanks to a reinterpretation of the Gospels: Jesus was not a Jew, but an Aryan who came to redeem them from the Jews who sought their destruction. Karl Adam, the prominent German Catholic theologian, affirmed in 1933 that Hitler was the one “prophesied by our poets and our wise men” who suffered in his fight for Germany’s salvation. Adam continued in 1941: “Christ’s teaching was entirely anti-Jewish in its tenor (that is why he was crucified).”

Redefining Jesus as an Aryan began during the nineteenth century and intensified in the decades before and during the Third Reich. Jesus, theologians argued, was born in Galilee, an area populated, they claimed, by racial non-Jews, including Aryans from Iran; his message was welcomed by Galileans, in contrast to the Judean Jews who put him to death. Grundmann, together with theologians, pastors, bishops, students—both Protestant and Catholic—established the “Institute for the Study and Eradication of Jewish Influence on German Church Life,” financed by the Protestant church. They published a new version of the New Testament, purged of positive references to Jews and Judaism, redefined Jesus as an Aryan Galilean, and downplayed the role of the Jewish apostle Paul. In addition to their New Testament they distributed a dejudaized hymnal and catechism to churches throughout the Nazi Reich. Grundmann argued that Jesus’ intimacy with God established a morality that was utterly opposed to the law-based morality of Judaism—laws that forbid murder, for example—presumably in case Christians had qualms about Nazi orders to do just that.

No religion advocates murder [Susannah Heschel's religion, rabbinic Judaism, does], though plenty of religious leaders across the centuries have justified horrendous acts through their manipulative readings of scriptures and history. One of the most egregious and best-documented examples is, of course, the behavior of German Christians during the Third Reich. Pope Benedict could gain the respect of world opinion by acknowledging what historians have amply demonstrated: that well-intentioned, pious Christians—and not just atheists—committed heinous acts. AsiaNews (Tel Aviv) - On Thursday, the President of the State of Israel, will be received in Audience at Castelgandolfo by Pope Benedict XVI. In preparation for this appointment, the octogenarian Head of State told an interviewer on the First Channel of Italy’s public television (RAI): “The relations between the Vatican and the Jewish State are the best since the times of Jesus Christ, and have never been so good in two thousand years of history.” He added too: “The reigning Pontiff wishes to have a sincere dialogue with us, as we wish to have with the Vatican” ...

There is then still some way to go in order for the “dialogue” mentioned by President Peres to achieve its purposes completely. However, the forward-looking optimism of the President of Israel is promising, and in fact it seems that both Parties are working towards that goal and are making steady progress.

... Father David-Maria A. Jaeger, an expert on Church-State relations in Israel, tells AsiaNews: “Especially in the last few years, it appears that the negotiations, which in effect constitute this ‘dialogue’ – to which President Peres refers – between the Holy See and the State of Israel, are being pursued by both Parties with great seriousness and commitment, as is evident from the ‘Joint Communiqués’ released from time to time by the Bilateral Commission. Though without ignoring the problems in various sectors of the day-to-day relations between the Church and the State, optimism is obligatory, and such optimism in itself has a decidedly beneficial influence.” He adds too: “In the end, obstinate optimism endows the experience of daily life with an eschatological horizon.”

The Message was read out by Msgr. Georg Gaenswein, personal secretary of the Pope, in the course of the inaugural ceremony of the Elio Toaff Foundation for Hebrew Culture.

Pope Marks 4th Week of Advent, 51st Week of Holocaustolatry

This is the fourth week of Advent, the week of the feast of the Nativity of Jesus Christ, the second most important feast of Christian calendar, which is celebrated once each year. The most important feast of the Noahide calendar is the feast of 'The Holocaust' which is celebrated through January, February, March, April, May, June, July, August, September, October, November, and December.

This bizarre address from 'the holy father' so close to the feast of the Nativity is scandalous and treacherous. There is nothing about Yad Vashem that even hints of forgiveness--for crimes real or imagined. Yad Vashem emanates tyranny by guilt--guilt with no end. Yad Vashem itself represents tribal hate which "without justification has sent millions of human beings to their death and continues to kill," even as the Pope exalts it. It's a monument to the primacy of one tribe's suffering and the negation of the suffering of all others; to one tribe's memory and the eradication of the memory of all others.

The pope has made himself an accomplice to Judaic tribal savagery. Not even during the week of the Nativity of the Lord who he presumes to represent will he pause from this evil. As far as I am concerned, the pope can put his Advent Yad Vashem sermon in his hexagram hat and burn it.

Holy Father Recalls Yad Vashem Visit

Calls Experience "Overwhelming"

VATICAN CITY, DEC. 21, 2009 (Zenit.org).- Benedict XVI is describing his visit in May to Israel's Yad Vashem memorial as an "overwhelming" encounter with hatred.

The Pope stated this today in a traditional meeting with the Roman Curia and other officials for the exchange of Christmas greetings. In his address, the Holy Father recalled some of the major events of 2009, including his visit to Jordan and the Holy Land.

The Pontiff made a special mention of his closeness to the people of Israel, the victims of Nazi cruelty, and his visit to the memorial where he placed a wreath in honor of the dead and met with survivors of the Holocaust.

The visit to Yad Vashem was an "overwhelming encounter with the cruelty of human sin and the hatred of a blind ideology that, without justification, sent millions of human beings to their death," he said.

In this, the Holy Father continued, there was an attempt "to chase God himself from the world, the God of Abraham, of Isaac and of Jacob, and the God of Jesus Christ."

"Thus," he said, "Yad Vashem is first of all a commemorative monument against hatred, a heartfelt call for purification and forgiveness, a plea for love."

Benedict XVI added, "This very monument against human sin lent greater significance to my visits to the places of the faith and made their unaltered relevance today even more perceptible."

He thanked the king of Jordan for working in an "exemplary manner" for the peaceful coexistence between Christians and Muslims.

The Pope expressed gratitude toward the Israeli authorities for their work "to ensure my visit could take place peacefully and securely."

He also thanked the Palestinian Authority for the opportunity to celebrate a public liturgy in Bethlehem, and to observe the "suffering and the hopes present in their territory."

The Shock and Awe campaign against Bishop Williamson and "Holocaust denial" which the rabbis whipped the mob into beginning January 21st was called off by Israeli Chief Rabbi Shear Yashuv Cohen at the Vatican on March 12th, the day after Purim. He said, "This was not just another meeting. This was a special experience, a turning point, the end of a crisis ..." When Rabbi Shear Yashuv Cohen said that his visit to the Vatican of March 11-12 (March 10-11 being Purim) marked a "turning point," he was alluding to the very essence of Purim itself--venahafoch hu--the turning around of circumstances; the "hippuch" or reversal of roles in the book of Esther.

But this is the story of Esther according to the lunatic rabbis where "Holocaust denial" is equated with complete annihilation. In Purim Shpiel 2009 Bishop Williamson was thrust into the role of Haman, Benedict XVI played King Ahasuerus and Rabbis Shear Yashuv Cohen and David Rosen were cast as Mordechai. "Holocaust Denial" served as the gallows pole which was turned from an instrument of "persecution" of "The Jews" into the instrument for Bishop Williamson and like-minded individuals to be hung from.

Indeed, the "threat" of "Holocaust denial" was turned around and made a "blessing." The pope decreed that "Holocaust denial" is unacceptable and he exalted the "Holocaust" idol as never before. Numerous bishops proclaimed that it's not possible to be Catholic if one "denies" "The Holocaust." Bishop Williamson's position as educator was terminated while "Holocaust studies" in Catholic schools received a huge boost. Rabbi Rosen said, "I hope a recommendation (from the pope on Holocaust studies in Catholic schools) will come out of this latest crisis. That will be a silver lining to the cloud." And note that as King Ahasuerus rewarded Mordechai, so did Benedict reward the rabbis with thanks and praises, even while scorning Catholics:

Precisely for this reason I thank all the more our Jewish friends, who quickly helped to clear up the misunderstanding and to restore the atmosphere of friendship and trust which – as in the days of Pope John Paul II – has also existed throughout my pontificate and, thank God, continues to exist. This statement from the pope is bizarre given that his "Jewish" friends are on record as the ones who created the chaos and who only decided to end it on Purim after they'd received every concession they could have dreamed of.

I don't take it as a coincidence that this reversal of events came on Purim any more than it was a coincidence that the 1991 attack against Iraq ended on Purim or that the 2003 attack on Iraq began, in the words of George Bush's speech writers, "at a time of our choosing" which just happened to be Purim.

This 2009 Purim-Shpiel psychodrama/production perpetuated the hester panim gnosis deconstructed in Judaism Discovered which teaches that Judaism needs a certain amount of persecution for it's own advancement; it needs both Mordechai and Haman. Where persecution doesn't exist the illusion of persecution is created.

The notion that one bishop's non-acceptance of certain elements of received "Holocaust" lore could lead to genocide is patent idiocy, but through this and similar ruses the rabbis have maintained their control over 'klal Israel" and, with the assistance of the pope and bishops, managed to advance their assault on Christianity.

"The tree [Haman] had prepared for Mordechai's hanging became his own gallows, and so on throughout the Megillah. It was Haman, more than Esther, who destroyed Haman ... on Purim, we rise above the limited reach of our understanding, and for a brief moment we perceive that 'blessed be Mordechai' and its hippuch/its reversal, 'cursed be Haman,' are really one and the same." For the "elder brother" rabbis, maintaining their deception of Christians while remaining true to their traditions of hatred for Jesus Christ and Christian symbols is a thorny matter. The Wailing Wall Rabbi, Shmuel Rabinovitch, who is often seen in photos of world leaders prostrating themselves at the wall in Jerusalem, will ultimately defer to the Chief Rabbinate on how to deal with the Pope's pectoral cross. A Heartwarming Elder Brother Tale

In 2000, when JPII made his visit to the Wailing Wall, Judaism was not at its present level of ascendancy. Rabbi Rabinovitch didn't cause a commotion over JPII's pectoral cross as he has during recent visits from bishops and in anticipation of the upcoming Benedict XVI visit. Now, Judaism is much stronger in the Israeli state and around the world and its dispensational component laid out by Maimonides in the Mishneh Torah and in other rabbinic texts is coming into play. Not only is Rabbi Rabinovitch attempting to prevent Benedict XVI from wearing his pectoral cross, he's also brazenly lying in an attempt to blot out the indisputable fact that JPII wore his pectoral cross at the Western Wall in 2000 to make it appear as if there's no change in his current stance which is a move closer towards rabbinic mandates on "idolatry."

When one of Rabbi Rabinovitch's superior rabbis decides for him how this matter should be handled the decision will be based in Maimonides' code of situation ethics: if upholding the true mandates of Judaism pertaining to Christian "idolaters" and their "idols" threatens to cause "The Jews" to be viewed badly or suffer hostility then it's permissible to make an exception. But the fact that the matter is now open for discussion is a clear sign that the momentum is towards the rabbinic ideal.

Even though the Vatican says it has received no formal request for the Pope to remove his golden crucifix during his visit to the Wall, Rabbi Rabinovitch's comments are bound to raise tensions on the eve of the trip. Israel's Foreign Ministry tried to smooth the waters by saying in a statement that "in accordance with rules of hospitality and dignity," the State of Israel will not prevent the Pope from wearing his cross when he visits the Western Wall.

But it is the rabbis rather than the government who hold sway at the Western Wall, and Rabbi Rabinovitch has twice previously turned away Christian delegations. In November 2007 he refused to let Austrian bishops near the wall after they would not remove or conceal their crosses, and in May 2008 he refused a request from a group of Irish bishops and prelates to visit the site. "They wanted to wear their crosses openly," Rabinovitch says ...

Explaining the intensity of feeling over the quintessential symbol of Christianity, Rabbi Ron Kronish, director of the Interreligious Coordinating Council in Israel, a Jerusalem group promoting religious dialogue, says that there exists among ultra-Orthodox Jews "a certain allergy towards the cross." Asking the Pope to remove his cross, he says, is "part of the ongoing paranoia of Jewish history ..."

Rabinovitch was in charge of the Western Wall during the visit of the late Pope John Paul II in 2000, when the pontiff prayed and twisted a written message into the cracks of the ancient stones, observing the Jewish belief that all prayers made at the Wall are answered. Rabbi Rabinovitch insists that John Paul II did not wear a visible crucifix during his visit to the site, but photographs taken during that visit clearly show the Polish Pope wearing his familiar golden cross as he touched the wall, head bowed ...

It's possible that the fuss over the Pope's cross will blow over before Benedict arrives, since Rabinovitch's edict could be overruled by Israel's two chief rabbis [Yona Metzger and Shlomo Amar], who are more politically attuned to the questions of the country's international image ...

It appears that Benedict will indeed make the obligatory pilgrimage to the Yad Vashem Temple ("Hall of Remembrance") and take part in the "Holocaust" liturgy. Photos and video of the pope sanctifying the "six million," offering a wreath to the "Holocaust" idol, lighting the "remembrance fire," will then be broadcast around the world in yet another papal exaltation of Holocaustolatry and mockery of Calvary.

(ANSA) - Vatican City, March 6 - Pope Benedict XVI's trip to the Holy land in May will not take in Israel's Holocaust museum where WWII pope Pius XII is accused of silence on the Holocaust, the Israeli ambassador to the Holy See told ANSA Friday.

Speaking after reports that the Pius XII exhibit might be changed ahead of the May 8-15 trip, Ambassador Mordechai Levy said Benedict would attend a memorial ceremony at the Yad Vashem site but would not visit the museum itself.

Levy said the pope, accompanied by Israeli President Shimon Peres, would light a remembrance fire and make a speech ...

So according to reports, Benedict will sanctify the Yad Vashem Temple, but will not visit the Yad Vashem museum. He apparently protests slander against Pius XII while sanctifying a false religion which threatens to replace Calvary. See: Bad Advice from the Pope

But look at this:

... Earlier on Friday, Catholic sources in Jerusalem voiced hope the Pius 'silence' caption could be changed to avoid embarrassing Benedict.

They were speaking after the announcement of a debate on the controversial pope, who is on track to become a saint, at Yad Vashem on Sunday and Monday.

The symposium, which will take place largely behind closed doors, will look at Pius in the light of the latest historical evidence.

Organisers say the conference will see ''if there is something new or something which has to be completely revised'' in light of recent research by Jewish and Catholic scholars ...

My goodness. Could it be that the Vatican and Yad Vashem might engage in that wicked practice: historical debate in light of new evidence to determine if something needs to be revised--revisionism--the very "crime" that Bishop Williamson is threatened with banishment and imprisonment for?

You see, Pius XII's "silence" has not yet been canonized as the "Six Million" and the "Execution Gas Chambers" have been. Speak up while you have the chance. Once the Sanhedrin has ruled, anyone who speaks contrary is anathema.

But I ask people to have true perspective on this. The establishment has framed the matter so that Pius XII's legacy and prospects as a canonized saint will stand or fall based entirely upon whether he was "good for the 'Jews'" (the principle all things are judged by today). There has been no serious discussion on whether Pius XII could have done more for the Christians suffering under "Uncle Joe" Stalin, and other criteria that a pope or saint would traditionally be judged by.

The Chief Rabbinate has decided to resume dialogue with the Holy See, after the Vatican declared that an apology from Holocaust denier Bishop Richard Williamson wasn't good enough and that he must repudiate his views if he wants to be a Roman Catholic clergyman.

Israel Radio reported Sunday that the Vatican confirmed that a Chief Rabbinate delegation headed by Haifa's Chief Rabbi She'ar Yashuv Hacohen would visit in some two weeks and meet Pope Benedict VI [sic].

In the meeting, preparations are expected to be made for the Pope's visit to Israel in May.

Palestinian Christians Urge Pope to Not Lend Credibility and Prestige to Israeli Slaughterers

Palestinian Christians urge Pope to call off May visit to Israel

A group of Palestinian Christians has asked Pope Benedict XVI to call off his planned visit to Israel and the West Bank this coming May.

The 40 community activists wrote to the pope that his visit would "help boost Israel's image and inadvertently minimize Palestinian suffering under Israeli occupation."
